To register as an Inter-est user, please download the registration pack and complete the registration and direct debit forms. You should also read the Inter-est Terms and Conditions, which you must agree to as part of completing the registration. Instructions for returning the forms are in the pack. Registration will normally be confirmed within five days, when you will be issued with a user ID and password.

We require that all repairers registering to use Inter-est must book and attend a training course. A training form is included in the registration pack, and more details can be found on the training page.

Billing

Inter-est is a “pay as you go” solution, making it cost effective for any business. There is no fixed term contract and no minimum use or maintenance charges. The DVLA lookup, estimate and image transmission are included as part of the standard estimate charge.

Users are billed monthly for the previous month’s assessments and payments are collected using direct debit.
